Fusion Education Group is a fast-growing organization with a nationwide network of private middle and high schools (grades 5–12). We’re seeking a Lead Digital / Multimedia Designer, Fusion Academy’s creative engine — a hands-on storyteller who owns visual design and asset production across digital, web, motion, video, and print. This is a production-heavy role with real ownership: you’ll design, build, iterate, and ship creative that drives both emotional connection and measurable impact.
