• Coordinate the application of investment incentive certificates and maintain communication with relevant government institutions.
• Support the closure process of incentive certificates and coordinate with internal teams during the process.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ETUYS systems and processes, and guide relevant teams effectively throughout incentive certificate procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of annual reports for R&D centers.
• Lead R&D incentive applications and related projects, including monitoring R&D legislation under Law No. 5746 and preparing periodic R&D reports for TÜBİTAK and Horizon programs.
• Monitor investment expenditures and analyze eligibility for tax incentives.
• Follow recent and upcoming changes in regulations regarding direct and indirect taxes, and assess application areas of incentives within the company.
• Monitor incentive programs from other public institutions, inform internal teams about relevant opportunities, and manage the application processes.
• Lead company-wide projects related to tax incentives and support Group companies with local and global incentive applications.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities during compliance audits.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Having a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related Business Fields departments,
• At least 7 years of experience in tax and incentives, audit or accounting departments,
• Strong knowledge of ETUYS, TEYDEB, BİLTEK systems
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Being candidate of Certification of public accountant (Being CPA is an asset)
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team,
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self- initiative mindset,
• Highly motivated to learn and improve,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
