Job Overview

Al-Nawajha Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical engineering operations, project execution, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards, and support the successful delivery of industrial and logistics infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical engineering projects from planning to completion
• Design, review, and approve electrical systems, layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and operational regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and technical performance
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and system upgrades
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering recommendations
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain operational efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial equipment
• Experience with electrical design software and engineering tools
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures, testing, and commissioning processes
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and engineering standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in logistics, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
