Key Responsibilities:

Lead the estimating process for large-scale infrastructure tenders, including roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and industrial facilities.

Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather input data and validate assumptions.

Develop detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing strategies that align with commercial and contractual requirements.

Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options during the bid phase.

Support the Tender Manager and commercial team in preparing high-quality, competitive submissions.

Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and evaluations.

Ensure cost databases and estimating tools are continuously updated and optimized.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in cost estimation or tendering within infrastructure or heavy civil construction.

Proven success in estimating for complex EPC, Design & Build, or PPP infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.

Proficiency in estimation and tendering software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel, or similar).

Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
