Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for the real estate team. The role involves researching potential clients, building and maintaining a lead database, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into property sales or leases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through online research, social media.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying potential.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads until conversion.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Analyze and report weekly/monthly lead generation performance.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor listings, and pricing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Basic understanding of real estate market and customer needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary:

  • Base salary + Attractive commission structure
