Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Rawalpindi
Salary: Market Competitive

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing team by identifying, qualifying, and generating potential leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Generate leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other channels
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing to sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
  • Follow up with prospects to increase conversion opportunities
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and data entry skills
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
