We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to identify, qualify, and generate potential business leads. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline through research and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
  • Track and report on lead generation performance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and consistency
