Lead Generation Associate

HexaClicks is looking for a Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of lead generation and sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads using various online sources.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain an accurate database of prospects.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital platforms for lead generation.
  • Assist in cold emailing, messaging, and other outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover.
  • Keep track of lead interactions and maintain records in CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and insights.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in lead generation
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


Location: Gulberg 5, Lahore (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM
