We’re Hiring: Lead Generation / Business Development Executives

We are a growing Chartered Management Accountant & Business Management firm looking for driven individuals to help us expand our client base.

If you have strong skills in lead generation, sales, or business development, this opportunity is for you.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for acquiring clients for the following services:

• • Accounting & Bookkeeping
• • Taxation Services
• • Business Registration & Compliance
• • Business Management & Consultancy
• Advisory

Compensation Structure

• 30% commission on every client you bring

• PKR 20,000 basic salary upon bringing a minimum of 3 clients

• PKR 40,000 basic salary if you bring 10+ clients

• Commission remains applicable in all cases

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in sales, freelancing, or client acquisition is a plus

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
