Lead Generation & Business Development Manager - Commission (100% Remote)

*** What You’ll Be Doing ***

  • Strong English skills a must!
  • Setting up the initial sales process - Yes your dream process! How would you make it happen?
  • Managing and building a scalable full sales cycle from end to end.
  • 5+ years of experience of Lead Generation Management including running campaigns from start to finish through Email and LinkedIn and when necessary meeting with leads
  • Once we have a process, building out a sales team
  • 5+ years of experience using LinkedIn Navigator or similar.
  • Respond to questions or messages that need a reply.
  • Provide reports on campaign performance.

*** What You Bring ***

  • An Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • 5+ years of B2B in end to end Sales/Business Development.
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales Management experience including building out a sales team.
  • 5+ years of using funneling and sequencing using systems like GHL, Instantly, and/or Kanbox
  • Understanding how to stay on brand and tell our story.

  • TimeZone: Toronto/NY Hours 8am to 5pm.
