Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base in the US, UK, Middle East, and Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and freelancing platforms
• Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of local and international prospects
• Understand client requirements and effectively pitch Webfluence's software, AI, CRM, web, and mobile development services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities within CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confidence in dealing with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, or outbound sales is a plus
• Understanding of software development, AI solutions, CRM systems, or IT services is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
