Location: Office No. 7, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block-13-A, University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan (Landmark: Champions Expo Building, next to Usmania Restaurant, opposite Expo Center)

About Us:

K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital services company offering web development, design, and digital marketing solutions to global clients. We are expanding our Digital Media Marketing & Business Development Department and seeking a Lead Generation Expert who can help us drive growth through multiple channels and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Acquire new business through Upwork, Guru, People Per Hour, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Bark,

SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Cold Calling.

· Identify and convert qualified leads from the IT and digital services market.

· Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline to meet sales targets and business goals.

· Research and maintain an accurate lead-generation database.

· Contact prospects to qualify leads and identify opportunities.

· Participate in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

· Provide accurate and timely reporting to management.

· Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project

handovers.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation for a Digital Marketing or IT

agency.

· Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Website Design, WordPress, SEO,

SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing & Advertising).

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

· Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented with the ability to make independent

decisions.

· Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
