Position Title: Lead Generation Executive

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role
At Autocracy Machinery, we provide the opportunity to drive business growth by generating high-quality leads that feed into marketing and sales pipelines. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will research, identify, and qualify potential clients using digital tools, databases, and online platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, and Sales/BD teams to support outreach campaigns, optimize lead funnels, and ensure continuous engagement with prospective clients.

Purpose

To build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for Autocracy Machinery, supporting marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and business development initiatives. Your work will ensure that the company consistently reaches targeted prospects with actionable opportunities.

The Work You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

● Conduct research to identify potential clients across industries relevant to Autocracy Machinery (EPC contractors, government departments, NGOs, CSR teams, etc.).

● Use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, and internal databases to source leads.

● Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including decision-maker relevance, project fit, and engagement potential.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and engagement status in CRM or lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

● Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Content Teams to align lead generation with marketing campaigns.

● Support outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting initiatives using tools like Mailshake, Reply.io.

● Monitor and track lead generation metrics, including number of leads, response rates, and lead quality.

● Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation strategies and processes.

● Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to identify new lead opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate and maintain a high-quality pipeline of leads aligned with marketing and business objectives.

● Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect companies, decision-makers, and upcoming projects.

● Utilize lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io) to identify and qualify prospects.

● Input, update, and track lead information in CRM or other systems accurately and timely.

● Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to hand over qualified leads for campaigns or direct outreach.

● Monitor lead quality and campaign results, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

● Support marketing campaigns with targeted lead lists for events, webinars, email campaigns, and promotions.

● Ensure compliance with company guidelines, GDPR, and privacy regulations when collecting and using prospect data.

Key Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development support, or sales support.

● Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io for lead sourcing.

● Strong research, analytical, and data organization skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and engagement.

● Ability to manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.

● Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels.

● Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.

● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

● Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and sales teams.

The Team

You will be part of the Lead Generation Team, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and collaborating closely with Performance Marketing, SMM, Content & Creative, and Sales/Business Development teams. The team works collectively to generate high-quality leads, support outreach campaigns, and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects for Autocracy Machinery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
