Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong lead database for the sales team.
• Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
• Track, measure, and report lead generation results regularly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
