Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate meaningful conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and set up qualified meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

  • Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Generating promising leads and inquiries for the sales team to pursue.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
  • Building and sustaining solid relationships with converted prospects to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up on previous company introduction emails and other outreach efforts as updated in the CRM.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track leads.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including email outreach, and social selling.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
