About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy Lead Generation Executive who knows how to find the right people, at the right time, using the right tools.

In this role, you’ll combine smart research, AI-driven prospecting, and strategic targeting to build a high-quality pipeline of leads for Autocracy Machinery. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive outbound campaigns that turn data into opportunity and opportunity into growth.

If you love digging into data, experimenting with new AI tools, and understanding how to connect with decision-makers, this is the role where you’ll learn the full science and strategy of outbound lead generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients — EPC contractors, infrastructure firms, government departments, NGOs, and CSR teams.
  • Use advanced AI tools and databases (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, Clay, etc.) to extract and enrich lead data.
  • Qualify leads based on relevance, authority, project fit, and engagement potential.
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce).
  • Support outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Instantly, or Reply.io.
  • Track and report lead generation metrics — volume, quality, conversion rate, and response rate.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align leads with campaigns and outreach objectives.
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements to targeting, data quality, and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, AI automation tools, and digital prospecting best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or B2B sales support.
  • Proficiency in lead sourcing tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io.
  • Awareness or hands-on use of AI tools for data scraping, enrichment, and outreach personalization.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, buyer personas, and outreach strategies.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong CRM management skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work independently to hit targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
