About the Opportunity

Renexus Resource Group is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding international business development team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business prospects that strengthen our global sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

As the foundation of our sales cycle, you’ll ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads that power the organization’s global expansion efforts.

  • Market Mapping & Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities across designated international markets.
  • Targeted Outreach: Execute structured engagement campaigns through outbound calls, personalized email communication, and LinkedIn networking to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and evaluate prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure a pipeline of high-quality, sales-ready leads for the closing team.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead activities, contact details, and communications within the CRM system to ensure clean, actionable data.
  • Sales Coordination: Provide concise lead summaries and market insights to senior sales executives, enabling informed and successful client conversions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Intermediate or equivalent qualification required.
