About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 3 months to 1 year experience.
You will be working with our US-based team to generate leads, communicate with prospects, and support sales activities.
Good English communication is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business leads on LinkedIn, job boards, and online platforms
  • Reach out to prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in spreadsheets/CRM
  • Schedule appointments or intro calls for the business development team
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to support the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 3 months to 1 year experience in lead generation, sales support, or related role
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Good understanding of online research and outreach tools
  • Basic experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, or email automation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Self-driven, responsible, and good at follow-up
