About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive with solid experience in Business Development within the IT sector. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales pipeline for IT services/products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, email outreach, social platforms, and IT marketplaces.
  • Work closely with the BD team to support sales activities and follow up with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update lead lists, CRM records, and weekly progress reports.
  • Understand company IT services/products to communicate value effectively.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls for the BD/Sales team.
  • Meet monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, or software development outsourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach tools, Upwork/Fiverr (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Knowledge of global IT markets and client acquisition strategies.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and prospecting techniques.
