Lead Generation Executive

HRtekx is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing remote team. If you have experience finding quality leads, researching prospects, and supporting sales efforts, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, social media platforms, and online directories
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads for outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain accurate lead databases in Google Sheets and CRM systems
  • Verify contact information and ensure data accuracy
  • Support the sales team by providing qualified leads
  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
  • Conduct market and competitor research when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lead Generation, Data Mining, or B2B Prospecting
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Google Search, and CRM tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
