Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Generation Expert at our Faisalabad office.

You will be responsible for finding and nurturing qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other outreach channels. You will identify potential clients, build prospect lists, initiate meaningful conversations, and support the sales pipeline to help convert prospects into clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new business opportunities across digital design and web development industries.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator , cold email campaigns , and CRM tools to generate and manage leads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to target high-value prospects.
  • Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Track outreach performance and provide weekly reports on progress and conversions.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation , LinkedIn Outreach , and Cold Emailing .
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing agency workflows .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients in relevant markets.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, HubSpot, or similar .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
