Role Overview

You’ll run targeted LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified conversations for our Sales team—finding the right people, sending personalized messages, and tracking outcomes cleanly in our systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build target prospect lists (by role, industry, company size, region) using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Send connection requests and multi-step message sequences with genuine personalization
  • Handle replies: qualify interest, book intro calls, and hand off to Sales smoothly
  • Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM; maintain clean, current records
  • A/B test subject lines, openers, CTAs, and cadence timing
  • Monitor and respect LinkedIn daily limits; keep account health and deliverability high
  • Report weekly on KPIs (requests sent/accepted, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked)

What You’ll Need

  • 1–2+ years in B2B outbound, lead gen, or LinkedIn outreach
  • Strong written English, crisp and professional tone
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar) and basic CRM hygiene
  • Data discipline: spreadsheets, list building, and simple funnel math
  • Ability to work the EST schedule from the Philippines or Pakistan

Nice to Have

  • Experience in electronics, distribution, or technical B2B products
  • Familiarity with light automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Clay) used responsibly
  • Portfolio of outreach messages or proof of past KPIs
  • Basic enrichment/research skills (email verification, firmographics)

Success Looks Like

  • 20–35% connection acceptance rate on targeted lists
  • 10–20% reply rate (with steady improvement via testing)
  • Consistent weekly meetings booked for Sales with ICP prospects
