Lead Generation Expert / Growth & Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to generate high-quality leads through social media, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification to support the sales pipeline.

This is a full-time, office-based position, working during the night shift to support international markets.

• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate qualified leads through social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other online channels
• Research and identify potential clients based on defined target criteria
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists

Social Media & LinkedIn Outreach

• Execute LinkedIn prospecting and outreach using manual and tool-based methods
• Generate leads from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others
• Engage with prospects through messages, comments, and direct outreach

Multi-Platform Lead Sourcing

• Source leads via email outreach, online directories, business platforms, and industry forums
• Explore new lead generation channels and methods
• Ensure data accuracy and lead quality

Lead Qualification & Coordination

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Coordinate with sales or marketing teams for lead handover
• Track lead progress and follow-ups

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track daily and weekly lead generation performance
• Prepare basic reports on lead volume and quality
• Optimize outreach strategies based on results

Platforms & Tools Experience

• LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
• Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.
• CRM systems and lead tracking tools
• Email outreach tools (basic knowledge preferred)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Sales Support
• Proven ability to generate leads from social media and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of outreach and prospecting techniques

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and data handling abilities
• Organized, consistent, and target-focused
• Willingness to work in a full-time, office-based night shift

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with international or B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with cold outreach or CRM tools
