Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential clients and reaching out to them through social media platforms and direct messaging.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships online.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads and target audiences
• Send outreach messages and DMs via platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and email.
• Initiate conversations and qualify leads.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
• Follow up with prospects regularly.
• Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.

Requirements:

• 6 Month experience in Outreach, Lead Generation, Business Development or Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in cold message, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B sales prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Target driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
