We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with up to one year of experience to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying potential clients to support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Identification: Research and maintain a robust database of potential leads.
• Prospect Outreach: Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Data Collection: Qualify leads and gather essential data to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth customer and market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide timely reports and updates to management on lead generation activities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have experience with social media marketing tools.
• Research & Organization: You possess strong research, database management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience: This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience in lead generation or sales support.
• Education: A minimum of an Intermediate degree is required, with a Bachelor’s degree being preferred.
• CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
