We’re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Data Research Specialist to identify, source, and verify direct contact details (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) of decision-makers within target companies. Your role will focus on building high-quality prospect lists for outreach — ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our ideal customer profile (ICP).

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key decision-makers (e.g., Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors, Sales Managers, etc.)
  • Find and verify direct contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs) using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build organized, segmented lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM.
  • Work closely with the outreach or sales team to refine targeting criteria and improve list quality.
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance (GDPR / CAN-SPAM).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or data research.
  • Skilled with prospecting tools (Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and fast at sourcing accurate information.
  • Understands how to qualify leads by relevance and buying intent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
