Lead Generation Specialist

Pluton is looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist with 1+ year of experience in identifying, connecting, and qualifying potential leads through LinkedIn.
If you’re skilled at using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and know how to build high-quality prospect lists, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
1) Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn based on defined criteria.
2) Build and maintain accurate lead lists and databases.
3) Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach and conversion goals.
4) Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance and trends.Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in LinkedIn lead generation.
Experience with LinkedIn lead research tools (Sales Navigator experience is a plus, not mandatory).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to commit to a full-time onsite role (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Mon–Fri).Number of Positions: 1
