Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

The client manages multiple international brands across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, leveraging data insights, technology, and performance optimization to drive scalable growth and deliver impactful results in competitive global markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients for our eCommerce and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will focus on generating qualified leads through digital channels, building meaningful connections, and supporting the business development team in driving growth. If you have a strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and excel at digital prospecting, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Upwork.
  • Engage with eCommerce businesses and brands through messages and emails to introduce our services.
  • Present and position our eCommerce management and digital marketing solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team with interested clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and their engagement status.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Explore new platforms, databases, and communities to discover fresh lead opportunities.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or B2B outreach through digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and work towards set targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
