Location: Office No. 7, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block-13-A, University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan (Landmark: Champions Expo Building, near Usmania Restaurant, opposite Expo Center)

K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-growing digital solutions company providing web development, design, and digital marketing services to international clients. We are hiring Sales Consultants and Team Leaders who can generate new business, upsell existing clients, and drive revenue growth through smart, client-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and online
platforms (including Bark).
· Upsell and cross-sell company services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Web Design, Social Media
Marketing) to maximize client value.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
· Identify and develop new sales opportunities in target markets.
· Achieve and exceed sales and upsell targets through strategic, consultative selling.
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
· Manage, guide, and motivate a small sales team (for Team Leader role).
· Maintain CRM records and submit regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
(digital agency preferred).
· Proven track record of closing sales and upselling services to existing clients.
· Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Experience with Bark or similar lead-generation platforms is a plus.
· Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong leadership qualities (for Team Leader role) with a results-driven mindset.
