Job description: LEAD GENARATION SPECIALIST

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage prospects effectively

If you have the ability to caption qualified contact information and add to our spreadsheet you are a plus

Duties

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, I.E LINKEDIN and other industry events, and online databases,
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team and social media team to develop targeted strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with prospects as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with GHL SYSTEM or similar CRM software is required
• Knowledge of technical sales processes and market dynamics is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
