Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales and marketing pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
Generate quality leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, online platforms, etc.).
Build and manage prospect lists using CRM tools.
Initiate conversations with prospects through professional outreach.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.
Strong understanding of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.).
Excellent communication and research skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
