Job Summary:
bitTruster is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth through strategic prospecting and outbound outreach. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in modern lead generation tools and confident in conducting verbal outreach to US-based prospects while professionally representing the company through their own profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify high-quality B2B leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (Apolo), and similar platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls and verbal outreach to US-based prospects using company-provided US numbers.
- Perform outreach using your own professional profile, maintaining credibility and a strong brand presence.
- Initiate conversations, handle initial objections, and generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to support pipeline growth.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in verbal / call-based outreach to US or international clients.
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.
- Ability to conduct professional outreach using your own LinkedIn or business profile.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while following structured outreach processes.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or tech-based sales environments.
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels.
- Experience working with US time zones and clients.
