Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Karachi – Tariq Road (Onsite Only)
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT (US Working Hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (Based on skills & experience)

AheadTech360 is a performance-driven digital agency working exclusively with US-based clients across Marketing, Web Development, App Development, and Digital Solutions. We are scaling our outbound sales operations and are looking for a results-focused Lead Scraping & Data Specialist who can consistently deliver clean, decision-maker-level leads for our US sales pipeline.

Role Summary

This position is critical to our sales success. You will own the process of identifying, scraping, validating, and organizing B2B leads from multiple online sources. Your output will directly impact our SDRs and closers by supplying them with sales-ready prospects from the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and scrape high-intent B2B leads from LinkedIn, Google Maps, Upwork, Clutch, online directories, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and validate decision-makers based on Ideal Customer Profile (industry, company size, revenue, and role).
  • Verify and maintain accurate contact data including emails, phone numbers, and company details.
  • Organize and update lead data within CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Deliver consistent daily and weekly lead batches aligned with sales targets.
  • Work closely with SDRs and appointment setters to ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Maintain high standards for data accuracy, freshness, and relevance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in lead scraping, data research, or B2B lead generation.
  • Practical experience with tools such as Apollo, Phantombuster, Skrapp, Octoparse, Instant Data Scraper, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of US-based B2B markets and outbound sales requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data validation ability.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly lead quotas.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
