This is a contract hybrid role for a Lead Generation Specialist, based in Karachi Division with flexibility for remote work. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and cultivating new prospects, conducting research to target potential clients, and building relationships through effective communication. The role also incorporates supporting the sales team by generating high-quality leads and expanding the customer base through strategic outreach efforts.

• Experience in identifying and engaging New Leads and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales-oriented activities and meeting targets
• Research skills to identify potential customers and understand market trends
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with strong time-management capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital outreach tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
