Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth by finding and qualifying new opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can research, connect, and build strong pipelines of prospects for our influencer marketing and artist management projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across industries like FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, events, and entertainment.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email, calls, and CRM tools.
• Maintain and update lead databases and ensure accuracy of records.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to schedule meetings and support conversions.
• Track industry trends and provide insights on influencer marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Data gathering and analysing skills must
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in Digital media)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and lead research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Passion for influencer marketing, talent management, and brand partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
