Lead Generation Specialist / Data Scraper

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Generation Specialist / Data Scraper to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, know how to find high-quality leads, and understand how to leverage digital tools for targeted data extraction — this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for researching, scraping, and compiling verified business leads from platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, and SBA directories, among others. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and takes pride in delivering accurate, well-structured data that helps drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and extract relevant leads from platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, and SBA listings.
• Use scraping tools, extensions, and automation utilities to collect verified and organized data.
• Maintain clean, structured lead sheets with complete and accurate details.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on business criteria and target markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead targets and quality expectations.
• Present reports showing daily and weekly progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in lead generation or data scraping.
• Must be able to show previous results or project samples.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Phantombuster, Apollo.io, Instant Data Scraper, Octoparse, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media and online communities for data sourcing.
• Excellent research skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a results-driven environment.
