Lead Generation Specialist - Digital Marketing B2B Services

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with potential clients for our digital marketing services. This is a based in Lahore with direct impact on company revenue growth. You'll work during hours that overlap with US business hours and be a critical part of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify 100-150 qualified prospects monthly on LinkedIn
  • Send 20-30 personalized connection requests daily to business owners and decision-makers
  • Engage with prospects' content and build relationships before pitching
  • Use Sales Navigator to identify warm leads and opportunities
  • Track all interactions in CRM system
  • Make 40-60 outbound calls daily to US small businesses during Houston business hours
  • Follow proven scripts while personalizing approach
  • Handle objections and qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations with qualified prospects
  • Execute email campaigns to targeted prospect lists
  • Engage in relevant Facebook groups and online business communities
  • Respond to inquiries from social media and website
  • Follow up with warm leads through multiple touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach activities and results
  • Participate in weekly strategy calls with US management
  • Continuously update prospect status and lead scoring

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of B2B lead generation or sales experience
  • Proven track record generating qualified appointments or leads
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (will be tested)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Comfortable making cold calls to US-based businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Available to work during US business hours (evening/night shifts in Pakistan)
  • Experience in professional services and marketing industries
  • Knowledge of US business culture and communication styles
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification
  • Previous experience working with US-based companies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing terminology
  • Experience with appointment setting for high-ticket services
