Lead Generation Specialist (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in identifying high-quality leads, nurturing prospect relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline with strategic outreach and qualification efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms, databases, and tools

• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on pre-defined criteria

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and activity tracking

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals

• Monitor and report on lead performance metrics to improve conversion rates

• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to refine targeting strategies


Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales support

• Strong research and communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Experience using Bitrix

• Comfortable lead scraping platforms

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

• English proficiency is required; Russian language is required
