Position: Lead Generation Specialist /Sales Development Representative

Location: OnsiteWork Hours: IST/PST (based on requirement)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our IT/SaaS sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in generating high-quality B2B leads using modern outbound and inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads in the US region through outbound activities (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, intent data, etc.).

Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build accurate prospect lists.

Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns: email sequences, social selling, calling, and marketing automation tools.

Qualify leads based on fit, need, budget, authority, and timeline.

Schedule appointments and product demos for the US sales team / Account Executives.

Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate prospect and pipeline information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and messaging.

Track and report weekly lead-gen metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Understand the company’s product offerings to clearly articulate value to potential customers in the US market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5+ years of experience in lead generation / SDR / inside sales, specifically for the US IT market.

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or IT product industry.

Hands-on experience with CRM, email outreach tools, and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) suitable for US prospects.

Ability to run outbound campaigns and consistently achieve lead targets.

Strong research skills to identify and engage high-intent prospects.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in generating enterprise / mid-market leads.

Familiarity with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer persona development.

Understanding of cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure domains.

Ability to create basic outreach content (emails, scripts, LinkedIn messages).
