Lead Generation Specialists

Salary: Up to 90k based on experience + incentives
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, aligned with US & Australia time zones)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist with 4–5 years of proven experience in generating and qualifying leads for the US & Australian markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in making outbound calls, nurturing business relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to introduce company services and identify client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities across US and Australian markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a government-recognized university (mandatory).
• 4–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of working with US and Australian corporate clients.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Target-oriented, resilient, and effective under pressure.
• Strong research, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US/Australian time zones.

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
