Job Overview
We're looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Lead Generation & Upwork Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline. This role involves researching prospects, cold outreach, booking qualified discovery calls, and managing our Upwork presence to generate new business opportunities.
This is NOT a typical 9-5 job. You'll work night shifts (US hours), hustle daily, and earn based on your performance. If you want a "safe" job with guaranteed high salary and no accountability, this isn't for you.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation (50% of time)
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of US-based e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B companies
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Initial qualification of leads (budget, decision-maker, pain points)
- Book 20-30 qualified discovery calls per month for our closer
- Follow up with prospects consistently until they respond or opt out
Upwork/Marketplace Management (40% of time)
- Monitor Upwork daily for relevant projects in CRO, Meta Ads, SEO, and Web Development
- Write and submit 3-5 high-quality, customized proposals per day (60-100/month)
- Respond to client messages within 1-2 hours
- Pre-qualify Upwork leads before passing to our closer
- Track proposal performance and optimize approach
CRM & Administrative Support (10% of time)
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data (all leads, activities, and status updates logged)
- Support closer with prospect research, proposal preparation, and follow-ups
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation metrics and pipeline status
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You'll be measured on:
- 20-30 qualified discovery calls booked per month (that actually show up)
- 60-100 Upwork proposals submitted per month
- 10-15 Upwork client responses/conversations initiated per month
- 3-5 deals sourced (outbound or Upwork) that successfully close per month
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 6-12 months experience in lead generation, cold outreach, business development, or Upwork bidding
- Excellent written English (native or near-native level required - US clients will read your emails and proposals)
- Comfortable and committed to working night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT) long-term to align with US business hours
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems, email outreach tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous Upwork success (proposals that won projects)
- Understanding of digital marketing services (CRO, SEO, Meta Ads, Web Development)
- Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist)
- Previous experience targeting US B2B market
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary (Performance-Based):
- Starting: PKR 40,000/month
- Reviewed every 3 months based on qualified calls booked that show up:
- 15-25 calls/month average → PKR 50,000
- 26-35 calls/month average → PKR 60,000
- 36-45 calls/month average → PKR 70,000
- 46+ calls/month average → PKR 80,000
Commission (Active from Day 1):
- Outbound deals you source: 0.5% of deal value
- Upwork deals you bid on: 1.5% of deal value
- Example: You source a lead that closes for $10,000 → You earn PKR 14,000-42,000 depending on source
Total Earning Potential:
- Month 1-3: PKR 60,000-80,000/month
- Month 4-6: PKR 90,000-120,000/month
- Month 7-9: PKR 130,000-170,000/month
- Month 10+: PKR 180,000-220,000/month (high performers)

Work Schedule
Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday (to align with US business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST/11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
