About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator based in Pakistan to support our B2B business development efforts in the U.S. market. This remote role involves researching target industries, identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and helping build a strong pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working U.S. business hours and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential U.S.-based companies, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads through professional outreach (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking).
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects with accurate, up-to-date information in CRM tools.
  • Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and market feedback.
  • Stay informed about U.S. industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably targeting U.S. or international markets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools.
  • Understanding of the U.S. business culture and ability to work U.S. time zones.
  • Self-motivated, persistent and target-driven.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential prospects.
