Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in an on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through direct interaction, field visits, and in-person networking. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, events, and direct outreach
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Conduct in-person meetings to introduce company products/services
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and business meetings
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert interest into opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, field sales, or business development
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently approach and engage prospects in person
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits
