About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Lead Generator to support our business growth by generating both B2B (business‑to‑business) and B2C (business‑to‑consumer) leads. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, performing outreach, nurturing prospects, and supporting our sales team in converting leads into customers. This is an in‑house role based in Karachi and requires working the night shift to align with our U.S. market hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Identification

  • Research and identify potential U.S.‑based businesses (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) who are potential buyers of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain lists of potential clients with accurate information.

Multi‑Channel Outreach

  • Reach out to prospects using professional communication channels including:
  • Emails
  • LinkedIn
  • Cold calling
  • Social media messaging
  • Personalize outreach to match the target audience (business or consumer).

Lead Qualification & Nurturing

  • Qualify incoming and generated leads based on our criteria (interest, need, budget, timeline, fit).
  • Follow up and nurture prospects until they are ready for a sales call or demo.

Database & CRM Management

  • Enter and update lead information accurately in CRM systems.
  • Track interactions and update prospect status regularly.

Appointment Scheduling

  • Set up appointments, sales calls, and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities, progress, and pipeline status.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and lead quality.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about trends and changes in the U.S. market that may affect lead generation performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp/Email outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable working night shift (to match U.S. business hours).
  • Strong research, persuasion, and organizational skills.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and persistent in follow‑ups.
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
