Role Overview

Role Summary:

Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Head of Commercial Analytics who will be responsible for partnering with:

  • The commercial team in order to create the best in class tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance and identify pockets of opportunities

  • The monetization team to identify and recommend opportunities across pricing & product

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of managers & associates who partner with the commercial team to deliver value for clients

  • Lead the data driven business consultation transformation in the commercial team to step up the sales processes by increasing the utilization of the tools and improving them as per the Business consultant needs and market conditions

  • Have a high bar for client centricity - so doing what it takes through data & insights to enable client growth in a scalable way for PF

  • Have a good grasp of sales processes to drive internal productivity improvements through the right tools

  • Doing client visits on a case by case basis where commercial team is needing an analytics partner to better explain how client’s business performance can be improved.

  • Manage the delivery of reports / dashboards and insights to support the wider analytics team for data driven decisions and performance management.

  • Liaising with monetization team for various pricing & product initiatives and proposing the right actions to drive value

  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of work experience in Strategy team or Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company

  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in education life and career

  • Team management experience in a fast paced, impact oriented organization.

  • Fluency in English

  • SQL and Tableau knowledge is a plus

  • Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to clients and non technical audiences

  • Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems.
