Beko Global is hiring Lead HSE

Responsibilties:

1.Ensure business related specific requirement related to H&S as per HQ guideline.

2. Ensure effective communication regarding H&S.

3. Provide support for H&S related training plan preparation and execution.

4. Hazard identification and H&S Risk management all over the company.

5. Investigate H&S incidents, accidents, and near misses.

6. Conduct H&S Internal Audits and Inspections with the related team

7. Ensure functionality of the safety device and equipment.

8. Ensure internal and external audit-related documents and reports.

9. Maintain good liaison with the Govt. offices and regulatory bodies.

10. Coordinate safety committee meetings

11. Coordinate the functional KPI setting, and execution related with H&S.

12. Perform any other specific job assigned by the supervisor

13. Control of Contractors according to the H&S Legislation and Company Procedures

14. Implement Safe Permit to Work Systems

15. Provision and use of protective clothing and Personnel Protective Equipment’s

16. Inspect the workplace and work equipment according to the H&S Requirements

17. Responsible for Machinery Safety Check list

18. Preparation of emergency plans for natural disasters, fires, or explosions

Requirements:

-Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE in Manufacturing and Production Companies

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

-Have Certificate in ISO 45001 is a must

-Excellent knowledge in Egyptian Labor Law and Regulations is a must

-Excellent Experience in Working with Chemicals

-Manufacturing background and Warehouse is a plus

-Professional Certificate by Fire Safety and Civil Defense

-Have Certificate on Five Star Occupational Health & Safety Audit

-Have Certificate in NEBOSH H&S, Fire Safety, Process Safety,

-Knowledge in BSCI audit process

-High level proficiency in MS- Word and MS- Excel

-Problem solving & pressure handling capacity
