Lead HSE Engineer

Job Summary:

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and proactive HSE Engineer with 2 – 5+ years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. The candidate must have a Civil Engineering background and NEBOSH IGC certification. The role focuses on ensuring workplace safety, risk management, and compliance with HSE regulations across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
  • Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
  • Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports with preventive measures
  • Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for site personnel
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations
  • Promote a safety-first culture in collaboration with project teams and contractors
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Mandatory: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
  • 2–5+ years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Experience in risk management, safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driving license preferred
