Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kochi, Hyderabad, Trivandrum and Noida

Experience Range

• 5–6 years of overall IT experience
• 3–4 years in Salesforce.com development
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Data Cloud Expertise

• Experience on at least two Salesforce Data Cloud projects, covering design and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation
• Identity Resolution (IR) rules and configuration
• Data Cloud Query Language (DQL)
• Deep understanding of:
• Salesforce Data Cloud objects, data models, and customer profile unification
• Data mapping and ingestion from multiple sources
• Data integration patterns using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and ETL tools
• Skilled in:
• Creating/maintaining data models, schemas, and mappings
• Building data pipelines, using SQL, and managing data quality
• Integrating external AI/ML models using Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and performance monitoring
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams for data strategies

Communication & Coordination

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with onsite (USA-based) Salesforce teams
• Experience interacting with both IT and business stakeholders

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• Exposure to:
• Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Familiarity with data governance best practices and compliance standards
