We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and performance across enterprise processes. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on UiPath expertise and a background in .NET development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio & Orchestrator.

• Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable RPA solutions.

• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing automation processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and present solutions to clients.

• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of RPA projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in UiPath RPA.

• Strong coding skills in VB.NET / C# / VB Scripting.

• Experience with Visual Studio IDE and SQL Server.

• Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath certification (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent).

• Prior background as a .NET Developer.

• Exposure to large-scale automation/integration projects.

• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
