Role ServiceNow HRSD Developer:
In This Role, You Will -
Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and product owners to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of ServiceNow HRSD development in an enterprise environment.
Strong technical experience in implementing solutions - by configuring and customizing - for all ServiceNow HRSD product modules.
Experience in all ServiceNow HRSD product modules like - Onboarding, Offboarding, Case, Knowledge, HR Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics Integrations, Service Portal, etc.
Strong scripting ability using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Ability to write/troubleshoot/enhance custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, data policies, UI scripts, ACLs.
Ability to troubleshoot medium-to-complex configuration/scripting issues.
Well-versed with various integration mechanisms with ServiceNow and must have strong experience in handling integrations with different 3rd party products.
Well-versed with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, apart from traditional Workflows.
Well-versed in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
ServiceNow Certified Administrator /ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Any One of these)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (Must)
Continuously improves upon current platform knowledge by learning new applications, studying new release notes, maintaining certifications, and broadening skill sets.
Should be creative and innovative to implement solutions by utilizing the platform's features as per requirements.
Job Expectations:
Perform Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
Perform ServiceNow application configuration/development as per planned user stories
Perform code reviews for other developers in the team whenever required.
Drive and adhere to ServiceNow development best practices.
Work closely with ServiceNow product owners to build requested items and work on the stories.
Well-versed with various integration mechanisms with ServiceNow, and must have strong experience in handling integrations with different 3rd party products
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related components.
Create or update ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles
